Come join us for the 2023 Transboundary Grassland Partnership Workshop.
The theme for this year is ‘Native Grasslands: Culture, Carbon and Conservation’
The Transboundary Grassland Partnership is working collaboratively to sustain healthy transboundary native biodiversity and the supporting grassland ecosystems and communities. The TGP is a voluntary collaborative partnership working towards native grasslands conservation. The TGP provides a forum where transboundary jurisdictions and sectors work collaboratively to conserve and enhance native grassland landscapes.This partnership acknowledges existing successful transboundary initiatives, will work collaboratively and provide connections to these initiatives, while enhancing native grassland conservation.
This years workshop will cover topics such as biodiversity and conservation of native grasslands, producer panels discussing management techniques and emerging issues affecting native grasslands. We will also have presentations reviewing soil organic carbon research, bird and insect biodiversity and grassland restoration.
